Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions under which we offer our services. By making a booking or using any of our services you agree to accept and abide by these terms.
- The parent/carer is entirely responsible for the care and safety of their baby/child and they must always be supervised.
- Safety is a paramount concern at all times. However we are not liable for any loss or damages to personal possessions during your visit and vehicles are left at owners risk.
- Aurora reserves the right to ask you to leave if your behaviour is likely to threaten the safety or enjoyment of others.
- Daily Health and Safety checks and Risk Assessments are carried out to make sure everything is clean and in good condition. So whilst we take all the resonable steps to make Aurora safe, we are not liable for any injury that may occur whilst at Aurora and the use of our equipment is used at your own risk.
- To secure your booking full payment is made at the time of booking with the exception of private hire. A private hire booking will be set at a £40 deposit, then an email will follow requesting the final amount to pay depending on how many babies/children are booked onto the session. All bookings will receive an automated reply confirming your place.
- Regrettably Aurora is unable to provide refunds for non attendance.
- Please do not attend the session if you or your baby/child is unwell. Please follow NHS guidlines. If a session missed due to illness you may offer your place to a friend.
- Aurora will endeavour to open all year however should it need to cancel due to safety concerns or staff illness, parents will be notified via email and text message (so please make sure your contact details are kept up to date) You will also be informed on social media platforms. You can either move your session to another day or a refund will be given
- To ensure that there is a safe number of people at the barn at one time - your booking is for 1 adult and 1 baby/child. If you would like to bring an additional adult please email to check avaiabilty
- Shoes must be taken off and left in the entrance area. Socks must be worn at all times for both adults and children.
- Aurora has a no food or drink policy in the play area and sensory room, with the exception of bottle and breast feed babies . Not only are you helping to keep the equipment lovely and clean but also it makes life a little easier for anyone who has a food allergy.
- There will be plenty of photo and video opportunities whilst at Aurora please so please be sensitive of taking pictures of others without their permission. If you are asked to stop please do respect the rights of others.
- Aurora will record, process and keep your personal information secure in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information will not be passed onto a third party unless you have opted in during the booking process.
